Creating a Brochure from a Template

Under Popular Publication Types, click Brochures.

Scroll down to Classic Designs.
Then click Blends.

This brings up some additional options on the right side of your screen
Under Page size, click the 4-panel option.
(note how all the options change size?)

Check the Include customer address checkbox, and click create.

There will be two pages, a front and a back for your brochure.

In the Format Publication pane, make sure Brochure Options is selected.

Click the change template button.
Choose Newer Designs > Classic Designs, and orbits. Make sure for your options you change it to 3 Panel, Include Customer address, and choose response form.

Look at both pages to see what our brochure template looks like.

Change the name of the brochure to ‘Peer Presentation Evaluation For: [insert your name]’

change the picture below your motto to the logo you used on your product flyer.
Change the theme of your brochure to something that fits with the colour and design of your brochure.
Go down to font schemes and choose a scheme that fits the design for your brochure.
Go to the second page of your brochure, and delete the entire middle column.
Grab the left column and pull it over to cover 2 panels of your 3 panel brochure

Delete the picture of the computer on the bottom left of the first panel.

Delete the placeholder text, and insert a table that has 5 columns and 2 rows. At the end of the second row, press tab, which will create a new row.

double click on box to add a fill, so that the background does not interfere with the text.
in the 3rd column of your brochure, change the first textbox to your name.

the second box will say, How well did I present?

Delete the ‘question’ textboxes
Select the comments box, and the white area (where you put the comment in), by holding down shift and clicking them, or clicking and dragging over both.

Drag the two boxes underneath ‘How well did I present’, unclick the two boxes, and only select the white box, and enlarge it so that it goes down to almost the ‘name’ box

go back to your first page, and change the heading of your first column to the name of your presentation (from your flyer)
copy and paste your description from your flyer into the box.
Change the picture by selecting it, and pressing insert picture, select the picture you used on your flyer, add a description or statement of what the picture is.
